Nestled in the picturesque Cych valley and on the tripoint of three counties, sits Aberdwylan Farm, perfectly positioned to enjoy and experience everything Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion has to offer. Hiking, fishing, beaches and coves, mountain biking, rock climbing, castles, forests, mountains, golf, horse riding, coastal paths, coasteering, kayaking, food and wine, or simply relaxing in the peace and quiet…whatever your interests may be, these three counties will be able to offer you the perfect holiday experience which will make you want to come back and explore time and time again.

Aberdwylan Farm has two traditional stone self catering cottages offering a warm welcome stay in a peaceful rural location but close enough to local amenities. The Farm is situated only 5 miles from the market town of Newcastle Emlyn which boasts a wide range of shops, cafes, pubs, eating places and a castle, and only 8 miles from Cardigan Bay with its range of beautiful beaches, coves and headland walks.
The Stable is the larger of the cottages, sleeping up to 5 people, and The Barn can sleep up to 4 people. The cottages have been recently refurbished and tastefully decorated, furnished and equipped to a high standard whilst retaining the charm and character of the buildings with exposed stone walls, wooden beams and wood burners.
The cottages are situated within the privacy of the 17 acre non-working Farm, consisting mostly of undulating woodland and the stream, Nant Lwyd (grey stream), running the length of the site. A woodland walk has been way marked for guests to enjoy during their stay.
More locally to the Farm - a local pub (The Nags Head, Abercych) which is within walking distance and serving great affordable food and local ales.
Cenarth Falls with its famous salmon leap during fish migration and excellent fishing. Caws Cenarth Farm making fantastic local cheeses.
Ffynone waterfall and forestry with lovely walks and beautiful scenery.
The Stable
The Stable sleeps up to 5 people - a double room and single room upstairs and a double room on the ground floor (down 3 steps). There is a modern shower room and well equipped kitchen and dining area on the ground floor with direct access to the private enclosed garden to the rear. Parking at the front of the cottage.
