Two Cottages (Sleeping 5 & 4) with a 17 Acre
Private Woodland Walk, Stream & Field Area
Nestled in the picturesque Cych valley and situated on the tripoint of Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion, sits Aberdwylan Farm. It is the perfect location to explore all of what these three counties have to offer.
This location is ideal to visit the beautiful beaches, coves, waterfalls and stunning coastline of Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire. There are also plenty of outdoor activities nearby such as coasteering, kayaking, rock climbing, hiking, dolphin and seal viewing boat trips and lots of activity centres and parks which are great to suit the whole family.
Maybe you’re simply needing a special place to escape a busy lifestyle for a while. At the Farm, you’ll find the private onsite woodland walk, stream and field area, a tranquil place to relax, unwind and recharge the batteries.
Aberdwylan Farm will be able to offer you the perfect holiday experience, whatever your interests, which will make you want to come back and explore time and time again.
There are two traditional stone and slate self catering cottages which are both well equipped to ensure a welcoming home-from-home feel for families, couples, children and dogs. The Stable (sleeps up to 5 plus 2-3 dogs) and The Barn (sleeps up to 4 plus 1 dog). The cottages were completely refurbished by the current owners [Lauren & Chris] who have tastefully decorated throughout, whilst bringing out the lovely charm and character of the cottages and have incorporated their own skills of upcycling and designing furnishings which give the cottages a unique and loving feel to those finishing touches.
The cottages are situated within the privacy of the 17 acre non-working Farm, consisting mostly of undulating woodland, a large field area, and the stream, Nant Lwyd (Grey Stream), running the length of the site. A woodland walk has been waymarked for guests to enjoy during their stay. It’s the ideal spot for unwinding, recharging, exploring nature, walking the dogs, and enjoying some quality family time.
Although the Farm seems in a very rural location, it still remains close to all local amenities. The closest local store is only 2 miles away in Cenarth. Our local pub is only a 10 minute stroll along the lane. The market town of Newcastle Emlyn is only 5 miles away and boasts a wide range of shops, cafes, pubs, eating places and a castle, and Cardigan town and Cardigan Bay is only 8 miles away with its bustling high street and beautiful dog friendly beaches, coves and coastal walks.
